You will be responsible for supporting national and international customers by phone and email. Customer inquiries and complaints are handled through our state-of-the-art software application. Your range of tasks is very diverse and exciting.

Your profile
- Confident handling of the PC and solid knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluent German skills and basic English skills for precise communication.
- Strong service orientation and the ability to work accurately even under pressure.
