• You are the first contact and the last smile. From the first hello to the reunion, you accompany our guests with attentiveness and genuine warmth.
• You process e-mail inquiries, offers and bookings with great attention to detail and a clear commitment to quality. You create trust and anticipation even before arrival.
• You know how important a smooth flow of information is and make sure that everything arrives at the right place at the right time.
• You give our guests a warm welcome, keep an overview and find the right solution for every request.
• You rock the cash register independently and always keep an overview.
• As a true coordination professional, you will confidently take responsibility for the early or late shift.
• You don't think of reservations and reception separately, but as a whole. You understand our guests before they arrive and are also there for them during their stay.
