• You will support the patisserie manager and work with your team to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• You will contribute your ideas and play an active role in the design of desserts and sweet creations.
• You prepare high-quality, fresh and regional ingredients with great sensitivity and precision.
• You work in a structured and clean manner and help to ensure that our dessert creations are produced to a consistently high standard.
• You will develop step by step and take on more responsibility in your area.

The profile:

• Are you a free spirit and team player with ambition?
• Have you completed training as a chef and have experience in the upscale gastronomy/hotel industry?

• Are you no stranger to flexibility and resilience?
• Do you love working with others to create something great?
• Very good knowledge of German and English; other languages are a plus.
