• You run your station full of verve and nonchalance and keep an eye on all your guests.
• With your confident manner, you ensure a smooth service process and are there for our guests as a friendly contact person.
• Dealing with Orderman and the like is a matter of course, and you are a master of booking and billing orders.
• Cleanliness in the station and in the restaurant is not just something for apprentices and temporary staff, but a personal concern for you.
• Mise en place is not a small town in the south of France for you, but an important part of your work that you take care of yourself.

The profile:

• Are you a free spirit and team player with ambition?
• Have you completed training in the catering/hotel industry?
• Do you have some experience in running your own station?
• Are your drinks and wine knowledge impressive?

• Your problem and conflict resolution skills are impressive?
• Are you no stranger to flexibility and resilience?
• Very good knowledge of German and English; other languages are a plus.
