As a receptionist / front office employee (m/f/d) at the Alpenrose Familux Resort, you are the first point of contact for guests of all ages. With your professional demeanor, your service mindset and your smile, you ensure that families feel welcome from the very first moment.

Some of your tasks:

• Welcoming and looking after our guests
• Professional communication in person, by phone and by email
• Guest information on events, excursions and offers
• Organization of reservations and individual guest requests
• Coordinating with all hotel departments to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Working according to Familux quality and service standards
• Support with check-in and check-out

A matter of course for you anyway:

• Completed training or experienced career changer
• Free access to the labor market in Austria
• Ideally experience with the Opera hotel system
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Friendliness and helpfulness towards guests and colleagues
• Willingness to live the company philosophy
• Willingness to work in a team
• Commitment, reliability, independence and punctuality

• Well-groomed and professional appearance
