As Assistant Bar Manager, you support the operational and professional leadership of our bar area across the entire resort. You act as a key interface between the bar team and the Bar Manager and play an active role in ensuring an outstanding guest experience, smooth operations, and the highest quality standards.
In this key position, you take on both operational responsibilities in day-to-day service as well as organizational and coordinating tasks. At the same time, you support the development of the team, contribute your own ideas to the creation of beverage concepts, and make an important contribution to the continuous optimization of our bar operations.
Your main responsibilities:
- Support the Bar Manager in the overall organization of the bar area within the resort
- Active participation in daily operations as well as presence at the bar during service times
- Ensuring a consistently high-level, professional guest and service experience
- Shared responsibility for leading, motivating, and developing the bar team
- Compliance with and monitoring of all quality, hygiene, and safety standards (including HACCP)
- Support with duty scheduling, working time control, and vacation planning
- Monitoring stock levels, goods flow, ordering processes, and efficient use of materials
- Contribution to the development and implementation of innovative beverage and bar concepts in collaboration with the F&B Management
- Support in cost control, efficient operations, and revenue optimization
- Active guest interaction and professional advice and service at the bar
- Participation in training sessions on beverage knowledge, mixology techniques, and service quality
- Support in events and special promotions
- Continuous optimization of processes and maintenance of a well-structured, high-quality bar environment
Our requirements:
Professional qualifications:
- Completed training in hospitality, gastronomy, or bartending
- Several years of experience in the bar sector, ideally in upscale hospitality or fine dining establishments
- Solid knowledge of mixology, spirits, and innovative beverage concepts
- Initial leadership or deputy management experience is an advantage
- Confident handling of POS systems and basic MS Office skills

Salary according to Familux Pay starting at €2,800 gross for 45 hours/week (overpayment depending on qualifications).
