Our Kids Club is much more than classic childcare. This is where adventures, friendships and unforgettable vacation moments are created for children from all over the world.
As a Kids Club employee (m/f/d), you are a playmate, creative mind, dancer, storyteller and confidant all in one. Together with your team, you will organize varied days full of movement, creativity and fun - from handicrafts and treasure hunts to small shows and children's discos.
Some of your tasks:
- Loving, responsible and age-appropriate care for children of different age groups
- Active design and implementation of play, creative, movement and adventure activities (indoor & outdoor)
- Support with events - you will help organize and run children's parties, shows and special events at the Kids Club
- Creative co-design of mini-performances, performances and show moments as part of children's entertainment
- Ensuring a structured, safe and clean childcare environment in compliance with all hygiene and safety standards
- Building a trusting relationship with children and parents and communicating professionally with families
- Observing children's development and responding sensitively to individual needs, moods and group dynamics
- Close cooperation within the childcare team
- Support with organizational processes in the Kids Club (daily structure, material care, order)
- Dealing professionally with challenging situations, conflicts or parent feedback - calm, solution-oriented and empathetic
What you bring with you:
- Completed training in the pedagogical field is an advantage (e.g. kindergarten pedagogy, social pedagogy, childcare) or comparable qualification
- Alternatively: Proven professional experience in childcare (e.g. kindergarten, children's club, vacation care, hotel industry)
- Experience in dealing with different age groups (ideally from toddlers to school children)
- Basic knowledge of developmental psychology, group pedagogy and age-appropriate activities
- A firm understanding of safety, hygiene and supervision duties
- Knowledge of first aid (ideally first aid for children)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and vacations
- Very good knowledge of German; good knowledge of English is an advantage
