Bartender (m/w/d)

As a bartender you will ensure a professional service at the bar and contribute significantly to an unforgettable guest experience. You will work closely with the Bar Manager and the F&B team, assist in maintaining standards and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Your main tasks:

• Professionally serving and assisting guests at the bar
• Preparing drinks, cocktails and coffee specialties according to recipes and standards
• Ensuring quality, hygiene and safety standards (incl. HACCP)
• Support with stock control, orders and use of materials
• Participation in events, special promotions and tastings
• Supporting the bar manager with process and workflow controls
• Maintaining the bar areas and ensuring order and cleanliness

Our requirements for you

Professional qualifications:

• Completed training in the hotel and catering industry or relevant experience in the bar area
• Experience in upscale hotels or gastronomy is an advantage
• Knowledge of drinks, mixing techniques and service procedures
• Confident handling of POS systems

Personal qualities:

• Friendly and professional host personality
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and hands-on mentality
• Structured, service-oriented way of working
• Ability to work under pressure, commitment and enjoyment of guest contact

Remuneration according to Familux Pay from € 2,800.00 gross at 45 h/week. (Overpayment depending on qualifications)
