As a bar waiter / service employee (m/f/d) you will support our team flexibly in the bar and restaurant area and, together with your colleagues, ensure special moments of enjoyment and warm service.

Your main tasks:

• Flexible deployment in bar and restaurant service
• Professional and attentive care and service for our guests
• Assisting with the preparation and serving of drinks at the bar
• Classic food and beverage service in the restaurant
• Preparation and follow-up of the service and bar areas (mise en place)
• Clearing, cleaning and maintaining work areas and ensuring order and cleanliness
• Compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards (incl. HACCP)
• Support with storage work and stocking goods
• Close cooperation with the service, bar and F&B team

What you bring with you:

• Experience in upscale hotels or gastronomy is an advantage
• Completed training in the hotel/restaurant industry or relevant experience in the bar and service sector
• Knowledge of drinks, mixing techniques and service processes
• Confident handling of POS systems
• Willingness to work flexibly in the bar and restaurant and to learn new things
