As a masseur / spa employee (m/f/d), you will provide professional massages and individual care for special spa experiences for young and old. Together with our spa team, you will create a relaxed atmosphere in which our guests can feel completely at ease.

Some of your tasks:

• Carrying out selected spa treatments for guests of different ages according to the spa concept of the family resort
• Providing individual advice and support to guests before, during and after treatment, taking into account their personal needs and well-being
• Ensuring a consistently high level of quality and service for all treatments
• Active recommendation and sale of spa treatments as well as spa and care products
• Preparation, follow-up and care of the treatment rooms and all work materials
• Compliance with all hygiene, safety and quality standards in the spa area
• Ensuring a neat and professional appearance in your own work area
• Working closely with spa reception to ensure a smooth appointment and treatment process
• Actively contribute to a professional and team-oriented spa atmosphere
• Participation in internal training and further education for professional and personal development

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a masseur, wellness therapist or comparable qualification in the spa or wellness sector
• Additional knowledge of wellness, relaxation or special massages is an advantage (e.g. hot stone, Lomi Lomi, Ayurveda, sports massage)
• Professional experience in the spa, wellness or hotel sector desirable
• Sound knowledge of massage techniques and a basic understanding of body treatments and wellness concepts
• Experience in dealing with high-quality spa standards an advantage
• Good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
