As a Hairdresser / Beauty Specialist, you create a high-quality beauty and spa experience through professional hair services, head spa treatments, and selected cosmetic applications.

With your professional expertise, careful consultation, and strong quality awareness, you ensure that all treatments are carried out in accordance with our spa standards. At the same time, you provide a well-groomed, relaxing, and thoroughly professional service experience for our guests.

You work closely with the spa reception team, spa therapists, beauticians, and spa management, helping to ensure smooth treatment processes, providing individualized advice to guests, and actively recommending suitable care products.

 
Your Main Responsibilities

• Perform professional hair services such as washing, cutting, and blow-drying for guests of all ages, especially children and teenagers
• Carry out head spa and hair care treatments in line with the spa concept
• Perform selected cosmetic treatments according to the spa and beauty offering
• Provide personalized advice on hair, scalp, and beauty treatments
• Actively recommend and sell spa, hair, and care products
• Prepare, maintain, and clean treatment and work areas
• Ensure cleanliness, order, and a professional appearance in the hair and beauty area
• Comply with all hygiene, safety, and quality standards in the spa area
• Work closely with spa reception to ensure smooth scheduling and treatment processes
• Actively contribute to a professional and team-oriented spa atmosphere
• Participate in internal trainings and development programs for professional and personal growth

 
Your Profile

Professional Qualifications:

• Completed training as a hairdresser or beautician, ideally with additional qualifications in the respective other field
• Several years of professional experience in the beauty, hair, or spa sector is required; experience in hospitality is an advantage
• Interest in holistic hair and care concepts as well as head spa treatments
• Experience working with high-quality hair and care products is an advantage

• Well-groomed and professional appearance with a calm and attentive presence when interacting with guests
• Discretion when dealing with guests
• Enjoy working with guests of all ages and openness to a family-oriented spa concept
• Strong quality awareness and sensitivity to the needs of discerning guests
• High standards for treatments and service
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and reliability
• Structured and detail-oriented working style
• Good command of German and English; additional languages are an advantage

Remuneration according to Familux Pay from € 2.270,- gross per month at 40 h/week. (Overpayment depending on qualifications)
