As a Beauty Specialist, you play a key role in maintaining the high quality of our spa and beauty offering through professional cosmetic treatments and personalized advice.

With your expertise, attention to detail, and strong service and quality awareness, you ensure that all beauty treatments are carried out according to our spa standards. At the same time, you create an environment where guests of all ages – from children to adults – feel well cared for and completely at ease during their treatments.

 
Your Main Responsibilities

• Perform professional cosmetic treatments in line with the resort’s spa concept and standards
• Carry out beauty and skincare treatments, including manicures and pedicures
• Conduct individual skin analyses and provide expert advice on skincare, treatments, and products
• Actively recommend and sell spa and skincare products
• Prepare, maintain, and clean treatment rooms and all working materials
• Ensure cleanliness, order, and a professional appearance in the beauty and treatment areas
• Comply with all hygiene, safety, and quality standards within the spa area
• Work closely with the spa reception team to ensure smooth scheduling and treatment processes
• Actively contribute to a professional and team-oriented spa atmosphere
• Participate in internal trainings and development programs for professional and personal growth

 
Your Profile

Professional Qualifications:

• Completed training as a beautician or a comparable qualification in the beauty or wellness sector
• Experience in facial treatments, skincare, and beauty treatments
• Knowledge of manicure and pedicure
• Experience working with high-quality cosmetic products is required

• Enjoy working with guests of all ages and openness to the concept of a family-oriented spa resort
• Well-groomed and professional appearance, with a calm and attentive presence when interacting with guests
• Discretion when dealing with guests
• Strong quality awareness and sensitivity to the needs of discerning guests
• High standards for treatments and service
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and reliability
• Structured and detail-oriented working style
• Good command of German and English; additional languages are an advantage
