Chef de Rang (m/f/d)

We're looking for you – an attentive Commis de Rang with a passion for service!

As a Commis de Rang, you support our Chef de Rang and the entire service team with all daily operations. You make sure that tables are perfectly prepared, food and beverages are served smoothly, and our guests feel completely comfortable. You'll be right in the middle of the action, learning something new every day and continuously developing your skills together with our team.

Some of your responsibilities:

• Assisting with serving and clearing food and beverages
• Preparing and checking the mise-en-place – from setting tables to preparing service stations
• Restocking glasses, cutlery, napkins, and other service materials
• Attentive guest service, e.g. refilling water or assisting with wine service
• Supporting the Chef de Rang with all tasks during daily service
• Assisting with buffet service, children's areas, and special stations as required
• Ensuring cleanliness, order, and hygiene throughout all service areas
• Assisting with events, special functions, as well as set-up and breakdown
• Close and smooth cooperation with the kitchen, bar, buffet, and service teams
• Implementing Familux service and quality standards in daily operations

What you bring:

• Completed training in hospitality/gastronomy or initial experience in service
• Basic knowledge of professional service procedures
• Basic knowledge of beverages is an advantage
• Confident handling of the essential tasks involved in restaurant service
• Friendly, attentive, and well-groomed appearance
• Enjoyment of working with people and genuine hosting qualities
• Team spirit, reliability, and flexibility
• Independent, structured, and careful way of working
• Strong willingness to learn and motivation to develop further in the service field
• Resilience and the ability to keep a cool head, even during busy periods
• Good German and English skills
