Ihre Aufgaben
- In this role, you will serve as the central interface between our key account customers and Plansee SE, ensuring smooth coordination of all relevant activities
- You will maintain and further develop customer relationships, manage all communication flows and establish a strong internal network within the key account organizations
- Further development and implementation of the customer‑specific key account management strategy are also part of your responsibilities, as well as the further development of a sales controlling system for the key account
- Advance the product portfolio by initiating improvements and developing new solutions in close collaboration with key accounts/customers/OEMs and R&D
- Prepare and negotiate customer‑related topics such as pricing, contracts, and non‑disclosure agreements in alignment with the business segment manager, legal department, sales offices, and other internal stakeholders
- Coordinate technical consultation and support across the entire value chain to address customer‑specific challenges
Ihr Profil
- Master’s degree in business or engineering, combined with extensive experience in an international industrial environment, ideally in sales, business development and/or product management
- Strong intercultural competence and enthusiasm for working within a global team
- Clear customer and business orientation
- Open, positive, and confident communicator
- Fluent business English skills

Legally required notice in Austria: Minimum salary according to the collective agreement for the metal industry (G) is € 60.962,30 - gross per year, paid over 14 installments. The actual offer takes market prices, qualifications and professional experience into account
